今日は、日曜なのでゆっくり休みました。ゲームをするのが好きなのですが、今はシムシティというゲームをやっています。スーファミ？の頃に、元祖シムシティをやっていましたが、今は進化して、街の雰囲気、イベント、成長、トラブル、色々な仕掛けがあります。建物があちこちに移動できたり、不思議な部分もありますが、経営に繋がる部分も結構あります。住宅と工場を建てて、工場で生産して、住宅を拡張する。そうすると住民が増えて税収が増える。工場と住宅を近くに作ると、住民から不満が出る。しばらくすると、下水整備、消防署、公園、発電所など、作っていきます。住宅が増えれば、その分作らなければならないし、交通事情も混雑を作らないようにしなければなりません。当然お金がなければ投資できません。経営も、お客様の仕事ばかりを考えていたら、社員の満足度が下がるだろうし、社員を満足させるためには、福利厚生を充実させる必要がある。どちらもはっきりした目的目標がないと、漠然と進行するばかり。
無課金なので、地味に発展させていきたいと思います。

Today, I took a rest because it is Sunday. I like to play games, and now I’m playing a game called SimCity. Super Famicom? I used to play the original SimCity back in the days of the Super Famicom (SNES), but now it has evolved and there is a lot more to it, the atmosphere of the city, the events, the growth, the troubles, the various tricks. The buildings can be moved from place to place, and there are some strange parts, but there are also quite a few parts connected to management. You build houses and factories, you produce in the factories, you expand the houses. If you do this, the number of inhabitants increases and the tax revenue increases. If you build the factory and the housing close to each other, the residents will complain. After a while, we build sewage systems, fire stations, parks, power stations, and so on. The more houses we build, the more we have to build, and we have to make sure that the traffic situation doesn’t create congestion. Of course, if you don’t have the money, you can’t invest. In management, too, if we only think about the work of our customers, we will not be able to satisfy our employees, and in order to satisfy our employees we need to improve their welfare. Both of these things will only progress vaguely if there is no clear objective goal.
As we have no charges, we would like to develop them in a modest way.
