今日は、千葉県習志野市へ配達に行きました。戸田を６時に出て、向こうへ着いたのが８時過ぎ、道もそこそこ空いていたので、スムーズに移動ができました。そこで、商品を降ろし、帰り道。トイレ休憩で、直ぐ近くにあったファミマに立ち寄りました。そのファミマは、お店の駐車場に『お店で買い物する人以外、駐車禁止』や『ここは郵便局の駐車場ではありません』『喫煙禁止』色々な掲示物が貼られていました。また７，８列停められる駐車場にカラーコーンが２カ所立っており、止められないようになってました。少し異様な雰囲気のするコンビニでした。それで中に入り、トイレを借りようと思い、店員さんに『トイレありますか？』と聞くと、『ありません』と一言。何も買わずにファミマを出ました。トイレの前には、何か商品棚のようなもので入れないように塞いでいるようにも見えました。
その近くにセブンイレブンがあったので、そちらに寄りました。そちらは、店の前にも季節の商品をPRしていたり、お客様をウェルカムのような雰囲気でした。『トイレ使います』『どうぞ』というやり取り。飲み物を買って、帰りました。
私は、コンビニはファミマ派ですが、あの習志野のファミマには二度と入りません。今思うと、お客様をもてなす姿勢が全く感じられませんでした。コンビニは、なんか数人で来て、トイレなども汚く使う人もいるかもしれませんが、ある意味仕方ないと思います。どこか知らない土地に行き、まず行き落ち着くのが、自分の知ってる広い駐車場のコンビニだと思います。そこでくつろぐのではないかと。いきなりローカルの地元に店に入るのは好きな人は好きなのでしょうが、結構勇気がいると思います。

附近有一家7-Eleven，所以我在那里停了下来。 在商店门口，他们正在宣传季节性产品，似乎在欢迎顾客的到来。 他们说 “我去上厕所 “和 “请进”。 我买了一杯饮料就离开了。
我是Famima便利店的忠实粉丝，但我永远不会再去成野的那家便利店。 现在想来，我完全感受不到对顾客的接待态度。 有些人来到便利店，以肮脏的方式使用厕所，但在某种程度上我并不怪他们。 我想，当你去一个陌生的地方时，你首先要去的地方是一个你熟悉的大停车场里的便利店。 我认为那是你感觉在家的地方。 我认为突然进入当地的一家商店需要很大的勇气，即使你喜欢它。

Hello everyone. I’m Koyama, the president.
Today, I went to Narashino city in Chiba prefecture for delivery. I left Toda at 6 o’clock and arrived there after 8 o’clock. The road was quite empty, so I could move smoothly. We dropped off the goods there and were on our way back. On the way back, I stopped at a nearby Famima for a toilet break. In the car park of the shop, there was a sign saying “No parking except for shoppers in the shop”, “This is not a post office car park”, “No smoking”. There were also two coloured cones in a car park with 7 or 8 rows of parking spaces, making it impossible to stop. It was a bit bizarre. So I went inside and asked the clerk if there was a toilet. I asked the clerk, “Do you have a toilet? I left the Famima without buying anything. In front of the toilet, there seemed to be some kind of shelves blocking me from entering.
There was a 7-Eleven nearby, so I stopped by there. In front of the shop, they were promoting seasonal products and seemed to be welcoming customers. They said “I’ll use the toilet” and “Come in”. I bought a drink and left.
I am a big fan of Famima convenience stores, but I will never go back to that one in Narashino. When I think about it now, I couldn’t feel the attitude of hospitality to the customer at all. Some people may come to convenience stores with a few people and use the toilet in a dirty way, but in a way I think it is inevitable. I think when you go to a strange place, the first place you end up is a convenience store in a big car park that you know. I think that’s where you feel at home. I think it takes a lot of courage to suddenly go into a local shop in your local area, even if you like it.
