みなさんこんにちは。社長の小山です。

先週末に、３号倉庫のトラックヤードの補修をしました。そこで荷役作業をする際に、地面が凸凹しており、積んであるものがガタガタと揺れます。崩れたりする危険もあるため、知り合いの業者の方に補修の依頼をしました。

段差の部分は、平らになるように削り、凹んだ場所は、セメントを埋め平らにする作業をしてもらいました。だいぶ傷んでいるところも多く、作業は来週までかかります。

凹んだ部分は、逆に大きく穴を掘り、そこにセメントを埋めていきます。

先日の気づきでも書いたように、道具が使いやすい方が良いです。その部分をケチってしまうと、作業がスムーズに進まなくなります。少しでも良い環境で働いてほしい。上を見ればきりがないですが、今この現状を少しでも良くしていきたいと思います。

At the end of last week, we repaired the truck yard in warehouse No.3. When we were loading and unloading the cargo there, the ground was uneven and the piled items were shaking and shaking. There was also a danger of collapsing, so we asked a contractor we know to repair it.

He scraped out the bumps and filled in the dents with cement to make them flat. There is a lot of damage and the work will take until next week.

On the other hand, we will dig a bigger hole and fill it with cement.

As I mentioned in a recent notice, the easier the tools are to use, the better. If you are stingy in this area, the work will not go smoothly. We want you to work in an environment that is as good as possible. There is no end to what we can do, but we want to make this situation a little better.
