今日も盛りだくさんの一日でしたが、今日はテレビなどでも目にする大物経営者のお話を聞きました。同友会で、自分の地域の方の話を聞くのもよいですが、誰でも知っているお店の、経営戦略、事業戦略、ビジョンは、これもまた非常に参考になりました。
ポイントを書きます。
・アメリカで流行したものが、少し遅れて日本にやってくる。また日本はアメリカの影響を受ける国。その会社の方は何人もアメリカに人を送り込み、研究している。
・不平不満不便を商品作りのヒントとしている。日本のメーカーを周り作れないか相談した。何カ月もお願いしていった結果、3ヵ月で試作品を出してきたメーカーがあった。３年、5年計画で商品づくりをしないとダメ。
・多機能ではなく、単機能で分かりやすいもの、それで良心的なお値段であること。
・全て数字で語れ。数字が入らないと趣味・遊びの一種。質問にも数字を入れるよう、社員に教育している。（確かに、お話でも数字が具体的にでてくることが印象的でした）
・常に数字の分析をしており、起きるであろう未来に対策の投資をしている。
・オンライン事業のために、〇年分の利益の〇万円を投資。埼玉に〇万坪の物流施設を設置する。
・これからは中国のGDPが伸び、貿易比重も伸びる。もっと中国に注目せよとの助言。
先ずは、自社の数字をもっと追求するところから始めたいと思います。
