みなさんこんにちは。社長の小山です。
今日から一週間、社員面談を実施します。社員面談は、半年に一回実施していて、夏と冬の人事考課の間の時期に行っています。主に、人事考課の課題の確認、担当部署の仕事の課題確認、人間関係、家族、健康、個人的な問題もあれば。人それぞれで、話す内容は変わってきます。
この時期に行う面談は、その年の年初に立てた目標に対して、どの位取り組めているかも聞きます。今年は本を読むということを上げてくれる社員もいました。うれしい限りです。自分が今抱えている課題を解決した人が、どうやって解決したのか、どういう取り組みをすれば良いのか、人間誰一人同じ人はいないのですが、同じような問題を解決した人は必ずいるはずです。解決方法に謙虚に向き合って、取り組めるかどうか。解決しないかもしれないですが、取り組んだことが本人の成長に繋がると思います。対人に悩んだり、仕事がうまくいかない時はどうしても視野が狭くなります。そんな時に、読書から先人の知恵を借りてほしいと思いました。
また面談では、『聴く』ということに徹したいと思います。先週の全研でも、そのような気づきがありました。今日は３人と面談しました。色々な話を聴くことができて良かったです。明日もまた、聴くことに徹したいと思います。

从今天起，我们将举行为期一周的员工面试。 面试每六个月举行一次，在夏季和冬季绩效审查之间。 讨论的主要话题是对绩效考核的审查、部门的工作问题、人际关系、家庭、健康和个人问题。 我们讨论的主题因人而异。
在每年的这个时候，我们也会问人们在年初设定的目标方面做得如何。 今年，我们的一名员工提到了阅读一本书。 这很好。 我总是很想听听那些已经解决了自己问题的人的意见，他们是如何做到的，以及我们能做些什么来帮助他们……没有两个人是相同的，但一定有一个人解决了类似问题。 我们必须足够谦逊地面对解决方案，并为之努力。 这可能无法解决问题，但我相信，努力解决这个问题将帮助这个人成长。 当你与其他人发生问题时，或者当你的工作进展不顺利时，很容易失去视角。 在这种时候，我希望他们能从阅读中借用前人的智慧。
我还想重点谈谈采访中的 “倾听”。 在上周的研讨会上，我有这样的感悟。 今天我采访了三个人。 能听到不同的故事是件好事。 明天我将尝试再次聆听。
Hello everyone. This is Koyama, the president.
We will be holding employee interviews for one week from today. The interviews are held once every six months, in the period between the summer and winter performance reviews. The main topics of discussion are the review of the performance review, work issues in the department, relationships, family, health and personal issues. The topics we discuss vary from person to person.
At this time of year, we also ask how well people are doing with the goals they set at the beginning of the year. This year, one of our employees mentioned reading a book. That’s great. I’m always interested to hear from people who have solved their own problems, how they did it and what we can do to help them… no two people are the same, but there must be someone who has solved a similar problem. We have to be humble enough to face the solution and work on it. It may not solve the problem, but I believe that working on it will help the person to grow. When you have problems with other people, or when your work is not going well, it’s easy to lose perspective. At such times, I wanted them to borrow the wisdom of their predecessors from reading.
I would also like to focus on ‘listening’ in interviews. I had such an insight at last week’s seminar. Today I interviewed three people. It was good to hear different stories. Tomorrow I will try to listen again.
