みなさんこんにちは。社長の小山です。
今日は朝から雪の予報でした。災害の中でも天気（大雪、台風）だけは、予め事前に予測が立つので、対策が取れるので、まだよいです。今日は、スタッドレスタイヤまたはチェーンを準備し、降り始めてから、しばらくすると積もるので、朝のうちに行動しておこうと思いました。今日中に納品すればよい商品を６時に出発し、８時、１０時に納品完了し、昼前には会社に戻りました。まだみぞれのような状態だったので、良かったです。
会社では、雪に備え、普段自転車で来る人も、歩きで来たり、それぞれ考えて出勤してもらってました。今現在１９時になるところですが、本格的な雪が降り始め、少しずつ積もってきました。明日は休みなので、ほっとしている方も多いと思います。
…最近は、移動中にyoutubeを聞き流すのが定番になってきました。最近はフェルミ漫画大学とソウルミュージックを交互に聞いています。フェルミ漫画大学は、ビジネス書を15分程度にまとめて解説してくれる動画です。ケンジと望月りんとやり取りで話は進む。本の概要をさくさく紹介してくれて分かりやすい。それを何本か見て、1時間くらいのソウルミュージックを聞き流す。ソウル、R＆Bは、なんとなく癒されるので、最近はまってます。
更に雪が積もってきました。今日はこの辺でブログを終了し、帰ります。

Today, I prepared studless tires or chains and decided to take action in the morning since it would start snowing and accumulate in a while. We left at 6:00 a.m. to deliver the goods we needed to deliver today, completed the delivery at 8:00 or 10:00 a.m., and returned to the office before noon. It was still sleeting, so that was good.
At the office, people who usually ride bicycles came to work on foot or on foot, so that they could be prepared for the snow. It is now 7:00 p.m. and the snow has started to fall in earnest, accumulating little by little. Tomorrow is my day off, so I’m sure many of you are relieved.
…Lately, listening to youtube on the move has become a regular thing for me. Lately I’ve been alternating between listening to Fermi Manga University and soul music. Fermi Manga University is a video that explains a business book in about 15 minutes. The story is told through an exchange between Kenji and Rin Mochizuki. They give a quick overview of the book and it’s easy to understand. We watched a few of them and listened to about an hour of soul music. Soul and R&B are somewhat soothing, so I’ve been hooked lately.
More snow is piling up. I’m going to finish this blog for today and go home.
